Upright: provides support and bear loads and is made of high-quality Q235 cold-rolled steel, formed through bending and punching.
Beam: High-quality cold-rolled steel is used to connect the columns and create space for storing goods. The height of the beams can be adjusted accordingly, based on the hole distances on the columns, which are typically set at 50mm or 75mm.
Flooring: Strong load-bearing checkered steel plates or perforated plates are used to connect two bays of the shelving, providing walkways for manual access to goods.
Shelf Board: installed on the beams of the shelving to support goods. Each shelf can bear a maximum load of 500kg.
Back Net: Typically installed at the rear of the upper shelving to prevent goods from falling and reduce the risk of personnel being struck by falling items.
Guardrail: Installed around the perimeter of the upper shelving, with three guardrails on each side, significantly enhancing the safety of personnel.
Staircase: Comprising of step boards and handrails, it is bolted securely onto the floor panel, facilitating the movement of personnel up and down the Steel mezzanines.
