  • Frame: It consists of two uprights with their diagonals. The baseplates, and floor fixings. Providing stability and security is their purpose.
  • Upright: Provide the main support and framework for the system.
  • Beam: Support the loaded pallets and join the frames together.
  • Shuttle Rails: For the Shuttle Racking System to be able to move along the aisle, these rails are installed. They are supported by beams.
  • External Rail Supports: Each rail is screwed into place with these supports. They are located on the outside uprights of the entry/exit frame.
  • Inner Rail Supports: All points except the entry and exit of the channel are fixed to the beams with these.
  • Pallet Guidance: It simplifies the process of deposition and keeps the unit loads on schedule and located at both ends of each level, on both sides of the lane.
  • Rail Backstop: Protect the shuttle and activate its braking system and stop.
  • Recovery Platform: Recover shuttles or loads from racks. Rescue teams go down the Pallet Shuttle’s storage channel to recover a broken-down shuttle.
  • Horizontal bracing: Installed in a crossed manner at the junction of adjacent support beams, it effectively reduces vibrations caused by the movement of trolleys, ensuring the overall stability of the racking system.

Horizontal Bracing: Circular pipes with a thickness of 1.5mm are cross-installed on adjacent support beams to minimize any swaying due to shuttle car movements, guaranteeing the overall stability of the racking.
End Caps: Thickened end caps (3mm thick) effectively prevent the shuttle cars from driving out of the guide rails, reducing the risk of damage to the shuttle cars.
Frame Protectors and Guardrails: Thick, high-quality steel materials are used to prevent collisions between forklifts and the racking, providing better protection for the racking.
Guide Boards: These guide and correct the position of goods when the shuttle cars are carrying them, preventing any misalignment.
Forklift Limiters: Prevent forklifts from entering the interior of the racking, thus safeguarding the racking’s stability.
Adjustable Base Feet: Installed at the base of the columns, adjustable screws are used to ensure the levelness between the columns and the ground, calibrating the horizontal alignment of the guide rails and ensuring smooth operation of the shuttle cars.

Our racking design strictly adheres to the standards of the People’s Republic of China – WB/T 1076—2018. The coating thickness on the racking is in strict accordance with the provisions of GB/T 13452.2, whether it’s powder coating or painting. The paint film hardness complies with the requirements of GB/T 6739—2006.

For the force analysis of the racking:
Dead Load: The racking’s self-weight. Live Load: Each pallet holds goods weighing 800 kg and is placed on the beams on both sides. The force borne by each beam is 3920 N per LB, where LB represents the length of the beam. This results in three different force values of 2.61 N/mm, 3.02 N/mm, and 3.14 N/mm, corresponding to beam lengths of 1500 mm, 1300 mm, and 1250 mm, respectively.

Under full load conditions, the safety factor is 4.84.
