What is Push Back Racking
Push Back Racking is a storage system that can store about 2 to 6 pallets. It is a high-density structure composed of several nested carts. It is similar to live pallet racking, both of which work according to gravity.
Push-back rack, also known as push-back pallet rack. A push-back rack is a rack system that combines rails and pallet carts, with pallets nested together. The rails are inclined at a certain angle (3°- 5°), and the pallets use their weight to automatically slide to the exit, achieving a first-in, last-out (FILO) arrangement of palletized goods.
But this type of pallet racking is suitable for FILO. Because push-back racking just has an exit/entrance each for loading or unloading products. So you just need to leave one aisle space for forklifts to work. And you can save more space to store your products.
