Improper driving can hit the uprights when loading and unloading goods with a forklift truck. The underside of the upright can easily be damaged in such situations, thus affecting the load-bearing capacity of the entire rack.

To avoid this, an upright guard can be fitted to the base of the upright. This prevents the forklift truck from hitting the upright directly.

Reinforced Upright Protector:

Reinforced upright protectors are used in racking installations.

The uprights need to be protected at a higher height than the upright protector reaches.

They can be metal sheets or plastic, and both models are fixed to the bracket.
