Components of Pallet Flow Rack
Main Components of Pallet Racking
- Upright Frames: Vertical pillar-like structures on which beams and braces are connected. The maximum specification can be 120*95*3.0mm.
- Braces: Found in both diagonal and horizontal shapes, the braces allow the uprights to connect.
- Baseplates: Installed at the feet of the racks for equal weight distribution.
- Beams(max 2.0mm thick): Horizontally placed between the Pallet Flow Rack uprights to support palletized goods staying in their position.
- Safety Bars: To fill the gap between two beams so the palletized goods don’t fall from the middle area.
