Boltless Rack Components
With a weight capacity from 150 kg to 500 kg and popular sizes including 180 x 90 x 40 cm, 168 x 75 x 30 cm, and 180 x 90 x 45 cm, Boltless Rack has the following components:
These are the vertical posts or columns. They feature pre-punched holes or keyhole slots to insert beams. Boltless Rack uprights are available in heights up to 5 m.
Beams are horizontal supports connecting the uprights. They often have rivets or tabs that fit into the slots on the uprights.
Decking:
Decking are flat shelves where items are placed. It sits on the beam’s top. They can be made of particle board, wire mesh, or steel. Each layer has a weight capacity of 170 kg.
Bracing consists of diagonal supports or cross braces that are installed between the uprights to add extra stability to the Boltless Rack.

Starter and Adder Units
Basic units that include essential components such as vertical angle posts and beams. These units can be expanded with additional components to create a customized shelving system.
Installation Guide
- Position the first Boltless Rack vertical post upright.
- Slide bottom rivet beams into keyhole slots at the desired height.
- Tap beams with a mallet to lock them in place.
- Attach corresponding beams on the opposite post to form the base.
- Slide intermediate rivet beams into keyhole slots at the desired height.
- Tap with a mallet to secure beams in place.
- Repeat for all intermediate levels.
- Place top beams into keyhole slots on vertical posts.
- Use a mallet to ensure they are tightly locked.
- Select 5/8” particle board, steel, or wire decking.
- Drop chosen decking material into place on each level.
- If needed, add center supports to increase decking capacity.
Precautions of Boltless Rack
- Use the included anti-tip kit to secure the product to the wall before use.
- Wear work gloves during Boltless Rack assembly.
- Do not use it in high-humidity environments.
- Load capacities are for static loads only.
- Distribute weight evenly on each shelf, staying within the static load capacity.
